LMNHS General Alumni Association, Inc. is committed to maintaining a respectful, inclusive, and supportive community for all members.
These guidelines are non-negotiable. Adherence ensures a positive experience for all.
All active members are required to pay annual dues as set by the Board of Directors. Payment must be made within the first quarter of the fiscal year to maintain active membership status and voting rights.
Membership is open to all graduates and former students of LMNHS. New members must submit a completed membership form and be endorsed by a current member or batch representative.
All registered members will receive an official LMNHS GAA membership card upon approval. Members must present this card at official association events and activities.
All members must treat fellow alumni with respect and dignity, regardless of batch year, profession, or background. Discrimination, harassment, or belittling of any member in any form will not be tolerated.
Members are expected to uphold the values and good name of LMNHS in all their personal and professional dealings. Conduct that brings dishonor to the association or the school may result in disciplinary action.
Members must not post content that defames, harasses, or misrepresents other members or the association. Official statements on behalf of the association may only be made by authorized representatives.
All members are encouraged to actively participate in association events and activities. Officers and committee members are expected to be present at all official gatherings and meetings.
Members must register in advance for events with limited slots. Registered members who cannot attend should inform the secretariat at least 48 hours before the event to open slots for others.
Members must conduct themselves with dignity and respect during all association events. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior may result in removal from the event and referral to the disciplinary committee.
All member personal data collected by the association — including contact details, employment, and financial records — are strictly confidential and governed by the Data Privacy Act. These may not be shared with third parties without written consent.
The alumni directory is for association purposes only. Members may not use directory information for solicitation, commercial activities, or any purpose not sanctioned by the Board.
All active members in good standing (dues paid) are eligible to vote in association elections. Election results, once certified by the Election Committee, are final and binding.
Decisions made by the duly elected Board of Directors are binding on all members. Concerns may be raised through proper channels during general assemblies or via written communication to the Board.
The association shall hold at least one General Assembly per fiscal year. All members are encouraged to attend. A quorum of 20% of active members is required for the transaction of official business.
By participating in any LMNHS General Alumni Association, Inc. event or program, all alumni acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these community guidelines. Violations may result in disciplinary action up to and including suspension from future events and programs.
